All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days, subject to additional charges based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders above ₹999 across India.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather, courier service delays, or holiday seasons.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas. If your delivery location is outside our serviceable area, you will be notified at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website.
5. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays, incorrect delivery, or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at support@aquench.in within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our reach to global customers in the near future.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Aquench is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or customer absence, the order may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
